There is a strict legal model of employee deployment to foreign countries and it is determined by law which costs new employee needs to bear (visa, air ticket etc.).

There is option to choose from three payment models which are completely legal based on the legislation of Philippines.

Employee will pay all the costs before the arrival of employee after signing of the labor contract of employee.

The recruitment fee and the cost of the plane ticket and visa is divided into seven monthly installments, one installment before the arrival of employee and six installments after the arrival of the employee.
